Issue
The Google Pay button is not present and doesn’t show as a payment option for some customers.

Resolution
The user must meet the following criteria for Google Pay to display as a payment option:
- Using Chrome 61 or newer.
- A saved payment card.
- The saved card needs to contain some user information (such as a cardholder name, or future expiration date).
- Google Pay must be connected to their Chrome browser.
Customers should make sure saved payment methods in their Chrome browser are available by default and the autofill payment methods setting is turned on, as local settings may prevent Chrome from knowing about the payment method.
