How can I change the address for a prepaid subscription?

The simplest way to update an address for a prepaid subscription is to update the existing address on file rather than to create a new address. If a new address is created and the prepaid renewal is moved to the new address, the system will not update future queued orders.
The following covers two methods you can use to ensure the address is updated properly.
Method 1
If a new address is created and the existing address is not deleted, you can delete the prepaid orders from the existing prepaid address (Click the Actions dropdown on the prepaid subscription, and select Delete), and re-create them on the newly created address.
Method 2
If the existing address is deleted, you will need to reach out to Recharge Support to assist with moving the prepaid orders to the new address or fixing address details.
