Sections
Recharge permissions allow store owners or administrators to control what their team members and other users can access within the Recharge app.
This guide lists the available permissions, and what information users can access when specific permissions are enabled.
General
Permission |
Description |
| Analytics | Allow users to view all available Analytics dashboards. |
| Gifting | Allow users to view gifting related analytics, edit gift settings, or add a gift product. |
| Customers & Subscriptions | Allow users to view, edit, and manage customer and subscription data. This does not permit users to view processed or upcoming orders. |
| Discounts | Allow users to view, create, and delete discount codes. |
| Integrations | Allow users to view and remove installed apps, download new apps |
| Legal | Allow users to view and edit the email subscription terms in your Legal settings. |
| Orders | Allow users to view all processed orders and order errors for your store. Users can also view processed orders per customer and the charge timeline. |
| Products | Allow users to view, update, and delete products, collections, and bundles. |
| Home | Allow users to view store analytics on the merchant portal home page. |
| Flows | Allow users to view, edit, or create flows. |

Allow users to view or delete existing API tokens, and create new API tokens. |
| View billing | Allow users to review Recharge bills, and view billing information and payment methods. |
| Edit billing | Allow users to edit the billing information associated with your store. |
| Store | Allow users to update store information, including the store name and store email. |
