Quick Actions translations
You can adjust the language translations and customize certain text elements related to Quick Actions to match your store's brand.
This guide provides information on adjusting phrases related to Quick Actions throughout your store.

Overview
Recharge Quick Actions are standard URLs you can include in your Klaviyo notifications that perform specific actions on their subscriptions. This translation setting allows you to customize the language used in Quick Actions. See Translations for additional details.
Access the Translation settings
- In the merchant portal, click Storefront and select Copy & translations.
- Select the Quick Actions tab.
- Each translation field expands, where you can adjust the text customers see. Click Save once you've finished making your edits.
Available Quick Actions translations
Tab |
Purpose |
Verification Prompts | Messaging that communicates the various verification steps, including requesting additional passcodes, or confirming the verification status. |
Action Specific Prompts |
The messaging a customer sees when they interact with a Quick Action. Many of these translations rely on variables to display the product or variant title, or the discount amount. |
Confirmations | Messaging used to confirm the success status of individual Quick Actions. |
Errors | Messaging that is displayed to customers if the Quick Action is not successful. |
Redirect Text |
This messaging is displayed to customers once the Quick Action is performed. Customers can click on the redirect text to navigate to a different part of the customer portal. |
