How do I refund credits?

For checkout orders, credits are automatically refunded when the order is refunded.
For recurring orders, credits are not automatically refunded. In order to refund an order that was bought with credits, you will need to manually issue or adjust the credits to the customer account. To do so, follow the steps in Issuing and adjust credits manually.
Note: If the order was paid entirely with credits, the refund must be issued as credits and cannot be returned to a payment method.
