Issue
Customers are unable to see the Win Back offer shared with them and are seeing the error "This offer isn't available".

Resolution
If a customer reaches out stating they cannot see their Win Back offer, here are some common reasons this may be the case:
- The offer was already claimed by the customer: Verify the customer's redemption history to ensure they have not already claimed the offer.
- The customer has active subscriptions: Win back offers are restricted to customers without active subscriptions.
- The flow is inactive: The associated flow may have been deactivated.
- The customer has exceeded max flow runs: The offer reached the maximum number of times it can be claimed based on the flow limit rules.
- The system cannot load the featured products: The products associated with the offer are no longer active in Shopify.
- No subscription information is found: The customer does not have a subscription record.
- Address information cannot be retrieved: The customer does not have any saved addresses.
- No valid payment method is found: The customer either has no payment method on file or the payment method is invalid or expired.
