Why aren’t my dynamic shipping rates being applied?

Issue
Dynamic shipping rates are not being applied to an order.

Resolution
If dynamic rates aren't working as expected, this is usually because another shipping setting is interfering with the rate you expect. Review the following:
- Check if the customer has a manual or retained rate shipping override applied. Overrides can prevent dynamic rates from taking effect.
- Verify the Shopify shipping profile rates for the products in the order. Products may accidentally fall into different custom or general shipping profiles, leading to unexpected rates.
- If you've recently updated shipping rates, note that pending orders won't apply the new rates until the next charge processes. To update these rates sooner, contact Recharge support to request a regen of the orders.
