How can I add churned customers to active drip campaigns?

You can temporarily deactivate and then reactivate an active drip campaign to add existing churned customers to the campaign. This triggers the Activate Flow pop-up, where you can select the option to include customers who have already churned in the flow.
When enabled, Recharge adds previously churned customers to your campaign.
Note: Customers already in a campaign before you deactivate it still receive notifications from that campaign until it finishes. To prevent them from receiving emails from multiple campaigns, disable the 'Yes, include customers who have already churned' option when building the experience.
