Why does the customer portal display the customer's address instead of pickup or delivery for local pickup and delivery orders?
The customer portal shows the customer's address by default, even if a customer selects local pickup or delivery at checkout.
If your store only offers pickup and delivery, you can update your customer portal translations to show the correct fulfillment method. For example, you could replace the deliver to translation with “pickup” or “delivery.”
It's important to note that these translations apply to all orders. If you also offer shipping, this workaround will show inaccurate information to customers who select standard shipping.
