Analyzing credit performance metrics
The Credits performance dashboard provides a clear overview of credits issued, redeemed, expired, and outstanding over a specified period. Use this dashboard to understand customer behavior, track credit usage patterns, and optimize your rewards strategy to maximize ROI.

Before you start
- This feature is available through Rewards. Access to Rewards depends on your plan. Check the Loyalty tab in your merchant portal to confirm whether this feature is available in your store.
Purpose
Use the Credits performance dashboard to identify patterns in how customers use credits, optimize when and where you offer them, and ensure your rewards program drives value for your business.
Access the Credits performance dashboard
View the Credits performance dashboard directly in Recharge:
- From the merchant portal, click Loyalty and select Rewards.
- Click the Credit performance tab to open the dashboard
Available metrics
Credits summary
The top section of the dashboard displays lifetime credit metrics, giving you a cumulative view of credits across your entire store history.

| Credits issued | The total amount of credits you’ve issued to customers. |
| Credits redeemed | The total amount of credits customers have redeemed towards their orders. |
| Credits expired | The total amount of credits that reached expiration without being redeemed. |
| Credits outstanding | The total value of credits that are still active but have not yet been redeemed or expired. |
Customer application behavior
This section focuses on credit applications within your selected reporting period, giving you insight into how and when customers apply their credits.

| Count of applications | The total number of credit applications submitted across all available channels. |
| Avg days to first application | The average time between when customers first receive credits and when they apply them for the first time. |
| Avg applications per customer | The average number of credit applications submitted by each unique customer. |
| Avg credit balance | The average balance of credits held by customers at the time of application. |
| Avg queued order total | The average value of queued orders where credits were applied. |
| Avg days to redemption | The average time between applying credits and their redemption on a processed order. |
| Application distribution by subscription streak count | A visual breakdown of how credit applications are distributed based on the customer’s subscription streak (the number of consecutive subscription orders they’ve placed). |
Channel attribution
This section highlights which channels your or your customers use to apply credits and shows how credit application volume and usage change over time. Credit application can happen through any of the following channels:
