Why does the customer portal show "Delivered to" on the upcoming order?

The "Delivered to" text in the customer portal is the default verbiage for that field and does not reflect whether an order has actually been delivered or not. The fulfillment of orders is managed within Shopify and Recharge does not have control over delivery.
You can update this text by updating the translation under the Orders section in Customer Portal Translations.
