Customers can manage their subscriptions directly through the customer portal. Recharge has multiple portal options to meet your business and platform needs.
This article covers the customer portal options offered through Recharge.
Before you start
- You can confirm your store's Recharge checkout platform in the merchant portal.
- Stores must use Shopify's classic customer accounts to use this feature. Shopify's new Customer accounts are not compatible with the Recharge customer portal.
- While not all customer portal offerings are currently available across all platforms, Recharge developers are working on building out the options available to each platform.
- Take the Recharge Merchant Academy course Adjusting customer portal settings for a complete introduction to the customer portal settings.
