Issue
The Recharge Pixel is showing as Disconnected in Shopify.
Environment
- Shopify Checkout Integration
- Migrated Shopify Checkout Integration
Cause
The Recharge Pixel is only used for analytics on the following features:
If none of those features are enabled it is expected behavior that the Recharge Pixel shows as Disconnected.
Resolution
Check your Storefront configuration to confirm whether these features are Inactive.
If any of these features are Active and the pixel still shows as Disconnected, contact Recharge Support to manually install it.
