The ability to migrate your customers from one store to another depends on your store's platform.
Warning: Recharge does not recommend switching Recharge accounts. All of the product, variant, and customer IDs will change, and analytics and historical data will be lost in the switch. Please note that, as outlined in the Scope of Support, the Technical Support team cannot process migration requests or prepare data files.
Recharge Checkout on BigCommerce
Recharge Checkout on BigCommerce stores are able to migrate customers from a current store to another. To do so, copy your data into our migration template and follow the migrating to Recharge guide for the steps to import.
Shopify Checkout Integration
Recharge cannot move the customer payment data from one Shopify store to another. If this is something you would like to inquire about doing, see their Payment Migration Services doc and contact Shopify's Support team directly.
