Why do I see an “Unable to execute JavaScript” error when previewing a video in a Cancellation Prevention flow?

You may see an “Unable to execute JavaScript” message when you preview a Cancellation Prevention flow that includes a video.
This message appears only in preview and does not affect the live flow that customers see.
To confirm the video works as expected:
- Publish the Cancellation Prevention flow.
- Open the flow as a customer.
- Confirm the video displays correctly in the live experience.
If the video displays correctly after publishing, no further action is required. If the video does not display in the live flow after testing, contact Recharge Support for help.
