Why are some of my cancellation reasons not available in the customer portal?
After setting an incentive for a cancellation reason, you must update your customer portal settings so that customers can perform that action in the customer portal. Recharge only displays cancellation reasons with incentives to customers if the corresponding action is enabled in the customer portal settings.
For example, if your cancellation reasons require a discount code, you must ensure that your customer portal settings are set to allow customers to input discount codes in the customer portal.
With this setting enabled, customers can see discount code-related cancellation reasons and apply the associated discount code to their upcoming order.
If this setting is not enabled, customers cannot see discount code-related cancellation reasons when they attempt to cancel their subscriptions.
