You may notice slight differences in your Failed Payment Recovery Email analytics compared to the last time you viewed them.
Failed Payment Recovery Analytics data is limited to the most recent 6 months. Data older than 6 months has been removed to improve dashboard performance and reliability. As a result, your metrics may look different than before.
To retain historical data beyond this 6-month window, you must export your data regularly.
