Can I translate an active Cancellation Prevention flow?

You can edit an active Cancellation Prevention flow but cannot translate an active Cancellation Prevention flow.
To translate a Cancellation Prevention flow, you must first duplicate the existing flow. Then, apply you translations to the duplicate flow, deactivate the original flow, and active the updated version.
Note: Any edits to the static text in any Win Back flows, Cancellation Prevention flows, or updates to those specific translations in the Affinity customer portal will impact the live Cancellation Prevention flow.
