How to edit a Win Back experience
Seamlessly edit the copy in your Win Backs landing page or drip campaign experiences without having to recreate the experience.

How it works
You can edit your Win Back experiences and make the following copy adjustments:
- Update the flow title
- Edit the email content, including line, body text, and sender information
- Change the landing page copy
Changes you make to any copy affect future emails and landing page views. If you update a landing page and a customer hasn't visited the page yet, the customer sees the new version of the landing page. Emails that have already been sent and open remain unchanged, ensuring that the customer’s experience remains consistent up to that point.
Edit a Win Back experience
Edit the email notification or landing page directly on the flow canvas in your Recharge merchant portal:
- Select Churn tools in the Recharge merchant portal and click Win Backs.
- Click on the Win Back experience you want to edit under Your flows.
- Click on a node to update its content.
- Update the email notification or landing page.
- Click Apply to save your changes.
