Win Backs is available as part of the Retain package.

You can configure different incentive offers when creating a Win Back experience. Consider offering one of the following as an incentive:

Free gift: Give customers a free gift when they create or reactive a subscription.
- For example, offer a miniature version of your newest product so customers can try it and add it to their next order. This allows customers to try something new, and encourages future purchases.

Order discount: Give customers a one-time discount on their next order when they create or reactive a subscription.
- For example, offer customers 25% off to reactivate a subscription. This encourages customers to purchase a product they've previously tried, at a discounted amount.

Discount code: Give customers fixed-dollar amount and percentage-based discounts, plus free shipping discounts, on their next order using discount codes. Discount codes are first created in Recharge, then added to a campaign where you can configure specific requirements and stipulations, such as minimum spend amounts or limiting the discount to select products.
