Before you start
Win Backs is in Early Adopter status as part of the Retain package. You must purchase the Retain package to access this Early Adopter Program.

Re-engage churned customers through personalized, automated emails with Recharge’s Drip Campaigns.
Create a series of customized emails using Recharge’s flow technology that sends targeted offers at key moments in the customer’s journey. For example, you may want to set up a drip campaign that guides customers through reactivation after churning.
Automated email flow
Drip campaigns enable you to send one, or multiple emails automatically when customers become inactive, removing the need for you to follow up with customers manually.
Customizable offers
Create tailored winback offers, including discounts, free gifts, discount codes, and subscription upgrades, and incentivize customers to reactivate. Deliver these offers to customers through personalized emails that contain a dedicated reactivation page, where customers can easily view and claim their offers.
You can also use conditional branching to ensure that your offers are highly targeted and relevant. Consider using conditional logic to send targeted emails based on the canceled product and/or cancellation reason.
Email personalization
Use the notification node when building the win-back experience to customize your notifications with specific messaging, ensuring a tailored experience for each customer.
While Recharge provides a default three-email template, you can easily add or remove emails to create an experience that best matches your brand’s business needs.
Flexible timing
You control when emails are sent, allowing flexibility in customer outreach strategies.

Reactivation tracking

If a customer reactivates their subscription or creates a subscription through another channel, the flow ends and the customer does not receive any emails or offers.

The reactivation link automatically authenticates customers, providing a seamless experience when claiming offers. It allows customers to access the reactivation page effortlessly, without the need for manual login.
